Leadership Training
We are looking for those who know that they are leaders - who have had some college experience or other training… yet, they know there is still something more! These are the types of world-changers we are looking for - entrepreneurial thinkers - those that dream big and want to help others dream even bigger…

Young people
are looking for where they fit in life.
They are looking to find themselves and understand how they
can serve God in this modern world.
Many are looking for ways in which they can develop their
leadership skills. The
typical vehicles for pursuing this skill development are inadequate.
A job in a secular company may afford good training, but
often also exacts a price.
Business schools or seminaries are often too academic in
their approach. Young
people want training that is personal and experiential.
They want teachers who will not only impart knowledge and
life skills to them, but who will love and mentor them.
The G42 Leadership Training will do exactly that.

Other
distinctives:
- Emphasis
will be on the practical and experiential.
Students will be given the opportunity to develop and
manage their own ministry.
- The
servant leader model will be the paradigm around which all
teaching is developed.
- Students
are given the opportunity to lead projects as a practicum, later
debriefing their experience.
